VGM Homelink and ContactEngine - reducing no shows and increasing agent productivity

VGM Homelink acts as the middle man between smaller healthcare vendors and insurance companies, organising transportation, supplies, nursing services for patients. VGM asked ContactEngine to automate many of the manual processes within their day to day transactions using proactive conversational AI. Although still in it's beta phase ContactEngine has already decreased no shows and increased agent productivity along with raising feedback scores from patients.
